SMBtech is an independent IT support business based in Birmingham, providing modern and cost-effective IT services to small businesses and organisations.

SMB Tech is owned and operated by Antonio Salazar, an IT Support and Network Technician with over 12 years of IT experience, including Windows, macOS, networking and small-business IT environments.

Antonio has experience across the core technologies commonly used by small businesses, including networking, Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity, business email, device support and troubleshooting. Specialised in IT environments commonly found in secondary schools and colleges using Hybrid Microsoft Entra ID and Windows Server. 

His qualifications include CompTIA Network+ certified, the Level 3 Diploma in ICT Systems Support, Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT), and an HND in Communication Electronics.
